Partnering with Manifold Products An inventor/invention source never has to pay Manifold anything. The only cost they will incur is having their own lawyer review the partnership agreement before it is signed. Once an agreement is signed, Manifold takes responsibility for all expenditures, project management and manpower. Manifold can't win without the inventor winning and if the inventor loses, so does Manifold. The basic principles of partnering with Manifold are: Control Manifold takes control – the inventor/invention source continues to be involved depending on their availability, interest and skills Expenses Manifold pays for everything – legal, resources, prototypes.....etc. Repayment Manifold gets paid back first – as distributions are made available, Manifold first gets reimbursed for expenses it has incurred. Revenue Sharing Manifold and the invention source will share all proceeds (after Manifold is repaid expenses) based on a negotiated agreement – this can range from 50% for the invention source down to 10%, depending on the maturity of the invention and the risk.
